Bonava will recruit an Integrations Manager

The IT department works in close cooperation with other parts of the business to change the Housing game. By enabling integrated Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes in the Mobile Collaborative Platform, Bonava is in a leading position for IT technology within the industry.

The role is placed in Stockholm and will complement the IT-team with strategic competence. You will be part of a global IT team located all over Bonava’s countries and report to CIO. The main responsibility in the role is to drive the direction and operations of the Integration Competence Centre, including architecture, technology processes and partner setup. You will provide efficient system integration solutions that are aligned with the strategic goals and to lead the fulfillment of such initiatives. Furthermore, you will manage the maintenance and development for the integration platform, which is built on Microsoft API integrations and Microsoft Biztalk.

The role for Integrations Manager:

  • Provide efficient integration solutions that are aligned with the strategic goals and to guide in issues related to organisation, processes and tools etc.
  • Establish and maintain proactive automatic monitoring of Bonava Integration Platform
  • Arrange proper and responsive maintenance of information system integrations, performed by the partners´ resources
  • Manage partner resources, service levels and maintenance contracts
  • Monitor issue resolution by maintenance partners
  • Manage and optimise costs and risks of system integrations
  • Participate in the implementation projects for new information systems and services, and act as an integration architect in such projects
  • Monitor new trends in system integration technologies and platforms, identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement of current solutions.

 

To succeed in this role we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably from an international company. You have knowledge of system integration concepts and it is an advantage if you have experience with Microsoft Biztalk and/or Azure API integrations and knowledge of cloud environments. You also have vendor and contract management skills as well as/together with basic project management skills. As a person you have excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships. You are analytical and result-orientered with good business acumen. You also have very good strategic ability, easily adapt to change and a pragmatic approach.
